Ryan Junee
Managing Partner, Neutron Enterprise LinkedIn
Ryan Junee has spent his career building companies that transform enterprise workflows with emerging technology. Three exits later, that experience is focused on one thing: helping companies deploy production-grade AI systems that actually move the P&L.
Through Neutron Enterprise, Ryan deploys production AI inside companies. He finds the highest-value workflows, attaches a KPI to each, and builds them into production with the team, then helps them operate it. Working code and real numbers, not a deck of recommendations.
He has an MS in EE from Stanford and has spent 20 years building companies in Silicon Valley. Some of the companies he founded:
- Omnisio (YC W08). Acquired by YouTube in 2008, the first acquisition YouTube ever made. At Google he led product for the YouTube video player.
- Parsable (2013). The first connected-worker software for the blue-collar industrial workforce. Before Parsable, factory and field workers ran on pen and paper. Used in over 60 countries by Fortune 500 companies driving billions in annual revenue. Acquired by CAI Software (2025).
- Ostro Health (2019). Brought AI to the highly regulated life sciences industry, used by top-20 pharma brands. Acquired by Veeva Systems (2026).
He also invested in the seed rounds of Substrate and LayerZero (both now unicorns), Pronto AI (acquired by Travis Kalanick's Atoms), and 30+ others.
He has advised numerous startups as a mentor at Y Combinator, 500 Startups, Stanford's StartX, and Australia's Startmate. In his spare time he is an instrument-rated private pilot.
